House Rules – “A Casuccia”
Check-in and Check-out Times:
- Check-in: from 16:00 to 19:00. Different times can be arranged in advance, but not before 16:00.
- Check-out: from 08:00 to 10:00.
Booking and Payment Policy:
- A 30% deposit is required to secure the booking dates.
- The remaining 70% must be paid one week before arrival.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- In case of cancellation, a full refund is possible if communicated within 14 days before the arrival date. Otherwise, the 30% deposit will not be refunded.
Cleaning Fee:
- A cleaning fee of €50 is required.
Maximum Occupancy:
- The house can accommodate up to 4 people.
House Rules:
- Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
- Pets: Pets are not allowed.
- Parties and Events: No parties or events are allowed.
- Respect for Neighbors: Please respect the peace and decorum of the neighborhood, avoiding noise and disruptive behavior, especially during nighttime hours (22:00-08:00).
- Use of Property: Guests are asked to use the property and its furnishings with care. Any damages will be charged upon check-out.
- Waste Disposal: Guests must dispose of waste properly, following the provided instructions for recycling.
- Security: Ensure doors and windows are locked when leaving the house to ensure the property’s security.
- Children: Children must be supervised at all times to ensure their safety and prevent damage to the property.
- Parking: If available, please use designated parking areas and follow local parking regulations.
Children’s Rates:
- Children up to 6 years old stay for free.
- Children aged 7 to 12 years are charged €25 per night.
